We were so excited to be a part of this festival this year and can not wait until next years!!! We were tasked with making at least one item on the menu with bacon. So we made our Cheesy mac with bourbon glazed bacon which flew out the door. We also made some bourbon meatball sliders with bacon. We had our great friend join us for the day and he was making chocolate covered bacon sticks. Man were they good! It was a blast! Thanks to my team for the long hours and hard work!! A couple of you were over nighters with Joe and I and I know you were feeling it! Thank you to Jon Newcomer for lending his hands and countless other things that day! Sure happy you were there!
