This is what i have been doing this chilly morning. Now to name it. Its thick cut hickory smoked bacon with brown sugar, real maple syrup and a dash of chipolte heat. Sweet and savory. I tell you what, my mouth is watering. Now to resist the temptation to eat it all!!!
